**Intern - Procurement**
- 6 months _
**Your role**:
Under the supervision of the Procurement Manager, you will support the department’s daily operations and gain practical exposure to procurement processes in a professional environment. Your tasks:
- Assist in creating and issuing purchase requests (PR) and purchase orders (PO);
- Track the status of PRs/POs and follow up on deadlines;
- Help reconcile invoices with purchase orders;
- Maintain supplier records and assist with contract follow-up;
- Provide administrative support to the Procurement team.
**Your profile**:
- Student in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field;
- Fluent in English and French;
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive;
- Team player with willingness to learn;
- Startup mindset and innovation;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
