**Key Responsibilities/missions**
Reporting to the EPO HR Lead, you will be part of a team of 3 HRBPs. You will support the team on several projects:
- Resourcing:
- On-boarding: Analyze processes in place and define common guidelines for on-boarding EPO new joiners
- School partnerships: Create a school mapping and build action plan on relationships with targeted schools
- Leadership development and training
- Create common template and draw job descriptions for all key positions of the organization
- Participate in reshuffling of Procurement Competency framework and job mapping
- Support Procurement Academy activities
- Internal communication
- Support launch of new intranet
- Participate in communication campaigns on EPO
- Support the team on newsletters and organization of events
- Participate in the HR team day-to-day activities
**Profile**
- Master level (Human Resources, Business administration)
- English spoken mandatory but any additional language will help
- Ability to summarize and realize synthesis of all the data / information collected
- IT skills: Office, experience in Sharepoint is a plus
