For our _Marketing_ department within **General Services**, we are looking for a (an):
**_Marketing Officer (M/F/x)_**

**_Main Duties :_**
- Participate in the implementation of the marketing plan aimed at achieving the objectives of a specific service.
- Proactively organize events, activities with media, sponsorship, and marketing communications.
- Collaborate with the Communication and Sales teams to enhance the impact of marketing campaigns.
- Ensure the budget of the marketing department is respected and that the back-office actions follow the department activity.
- Analyse the results of the marketing actions to refine future strategies and maximize the impacts.
- Ensure the backup of the Marketing Managers when needed.

**_Profil:_**

**_Minimum required criteria_**
- Provide a university degree in Marketing or Communication and/or a proven experience on a similar position.
- Be able to work in autonomy and in a team.
- Show good communication skills and a client-oriented mind-set.
- Show excellent communication skills in English, French and/or German (spoken and written).
- Be familiar with current IT office and Marketing tools.
- Accept Duty Travel.

**_ Desired or to be acquired criteria_**
- Refer to the training table.
- Have an experience in projects and brand management.
- Provide an effort in the undeveloped language and have some knowledge of Luxembourgish.
- Show good negotiation skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Show good organizational and analytical skills.
- Demonstrate good interpersonal skills, creativity and be able to take initiatives.
- Be multi-tasking, show a good sense of flexibility and adaptability.
- Prove an experience in Marketing or Communication.
- Knowledge of Luxemburgish, German or any other language is considered as asset.
