HI Partners is currently seeking a Marketing Officer to join a reputable firm in Luxembourg. As a Marketing Officer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our company and drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to drive brand awareness and increase customer engagement
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior and market trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities
- Assist in the coordination of marketing events and promotions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Fluency in German and French is mandatory
- Prior experience in marketing or a related field is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and French
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient with marketing software and tools
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
