We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Shop Assistant. **Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Provide information about products, grooming services, and pet care.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

**Appointment Management**:

- Schedule and manage pet grooming appointments efficiently.
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding appointments.
- Coordinate with the grooming team to optimize scheduling.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about the latest pet products and trends.
- Assist customers in finding the right products for their pets.
- Maintain a well-organized and stocked product display.

**Pet Grooming Services**:

- Collaborate with the grooming team to enhance the customer experience.
- Communicate pet owner preferences and special requests to the grooming staff.
- Monitor grooming schedules to ensure timely service delivery.

**Online Orders**:

- Process online orders and coordinate with the management.
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery.
- Provide assistance to customers with online inquiries.

**Social Media Engagement**:

- Create simple and engaging social media posts.
- Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms

**Multilingual Communication**:

- Communicate effectively in English, French, and Luxembourgish.
- Assist customers in their preferred language to provide personalized service.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or retail role is advantageous.
- Passion for pets and a good understanding of pet care needs.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage appointments efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, French, and Luxembourgish.
- Basic computer skills for processing online orders and social media.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
