**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled **Technical Project Manager** to lead and deliver innovative technology projects within our fast-growing organization. You will play a critical role in driving the successful execution of complex IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks while proactively addressing roadblocks.
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable plans.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall), and compliance standards.
- Provide clear and consistent communication on project status, milestones, and key deliverables.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience as a **Technical Project Manager** in IT/software development environments.
- Bachelor's degree mandatory, Master's preferred.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
- SteepleChange FRAME ICT Change or Agile certifications are **a plus.**
