**Senior Business Analyst**
To strengthen our R&D team, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst dedicated to our new internal company classification system. You will be responsible for the design of a global enterprise classification system, to test its relevance and validate the outcome of specific algorithms.
**Role and Responsibilities
- Analyze different company types in the world to test the company classification framework
- Design and refine the company classification framework
- Describe the company classification framework into a detailed specifications document
- Plan and execute functional tests with the technical team, detect shortcomings, analyze data, and propose remedies
- Maintain the company classification framework and propose enhancements for further versions
**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Master's degree in Business, Commerce or Data
- First experience in business consultancy, audit, market research or expert network
- Good understanding of core business process
- Ability to both deep dive into details and keep focus on big picture
- Good understanding of end-to-end companies' activities (value chain, supply chain, go to market, etc.)
- Good understanding of the Business Canva principles, and capacity to use it to model businesses
- Fluency in English
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role designing and improving data transformation, curiosity, rigor, strong organizational and communication skills
**Would be a plus**
- Good knowledge in finance/economy, market research
