Key job responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end performance and enhancement of load safety in Amazon EU operations.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to report on performance and define strategies for load safety.
- Provide comprehensive reports on load safety performance and initiatives across all business units.
- Define and manage overall load safety performance metrics.
- Lead the load Safety Improvement Program in the EU region.
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and implement best practices.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety legislation and regulations.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs related to load safety.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and track progress.
- Foster a culture of safety and continuous learning within the organization.
