As a **Microsoft 365 Solutions Consultant & Trainer**, you will play a dual role: providing technical expertise on Microsoft 365 solutions and delivering engaging training sessions on collaborative tools. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs, implement tailored solutions, and ensure user adoption through customized training programs.

**Key responsibilities**
- Design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 solutions (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Active Directory) based on business needs;
- Provide autonomous-level support and guidance to clients on best practices for Microsoft 365 adoption and governance;
- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions (in-person and virtual) on Microsoft 365 tools to enhance collaboration and productivity, including training material preparation;
- Conduct workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to upskill internal and external stakeholders;
- Stay updated on the latest Microsoft technologies and trends to continuously improve our solutions and training methodologies;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of Microsoft 365 tools.

**Qualifications**
- ** Technical expertise**: Senior-level experience in implementing and managing Microsoft 365 solutions, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Active Directory;
- ** Training & Public speaking**: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience in delivering technical training sessions;
- ** Certifications**: Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, MS-700, MS-100, etc.) are highly valued;
- ** Experience**: ideally 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a consulting or enterprise environment.
- ** Problem-solving**: Ability to analyze client needs and propose effective, scalable solutions.
- ** Languages**: Fluent in English AND French, both mandatory.
