**The Corporate Actions Department is in charge of collecting and processing all types of corporate actions and income events that might affect the capital structure of a company, starting with information collection to reporting, in an accurate and timely manner.**
**In order to support the Corporate Actions Department, we are looking for a Senior Officer on a permanent contract.**
**Your main tasks will be to**:
- Process end to end workflow: deal with the daily notifications, instructions, transactions and settlement of voluntary and mandatory corporate events
- Process proxy voting and disclosure request
- Reconcile breaks and follow up pending files
- Investigate and analyze exceptions and solve issues in a timely manner (business matter, documentation, system)
- Participate to the adaptation from market changes (regulations, directives, tax, communication channel).
**Job requirements**:
- Experience in Corporate Actions or in Back Office
- Studies in Finance/Economics
- Very good level of English
- Good command of the Microsoft office tools (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Very good communicator, to maintain permanent contact with various stakeholders such as clients, sub-custodians, and/or internal colleagues
- Knowledge of Olympic, Bloomberg and Swift is an added value
- Be able to manage stress and a high volume under timing constraint
- Display excellent organisational skills
- Have good analytical skills, be very precise and accurate in tasks completion
- Team spirit is required.
