Senior Analyst

Apex Group is looking for an experienced and collaborative Senior Analyst (Risk and Compliance) to join our inclusive team. As a Senior Analyst (Risk and Compliance), you will be part of the Risk Management Department and Investment Compliance Team and support the Investment Compliance monitoring for a variety of fund structures and asset classes. You will perform regular monitoring in relation to investment compliance restrictions for UCITS/AIF under management (investment objectives and policies and investment regulations and restrictions). In your first few weeks in this Senior Analyst (Risk and Compliance) role, you can expect to: - Investigate and communicate the status of exceptions identified in relation to investment compliance restrictions - Assess and propose classification of breaches, including CSSF reporting - Contribute to ensuring the implementation and ongoing review of procedures and policies related to investment - Identify and monitor the risk profile of UCITS/AIF under management - Take an active part in the processes and systems enhancement by challenging, maintaining and contributing to the development of existing processes - FRM or CFA designation - Experience with investment compliance monitoring, related systems/ tools and corresponding regulatory requirements - Extensive knowledge of Luxembourg and European regulatory framework (UCITS, AIFMD, CESR/ESMA guidelines) - Excellent communication, analytical and critical thinking skills with a solution-oriented mindset - Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English If you’re looking to make a positive impact and create change, possessing an inclusive and committed approach, you'll be rewarded with an excellent salary and benefits package.
