Every day, we unite as a team to deliver quality products and innovative solutions that earn our customer’s trust and build lasting relationships. **You can look forward to these exciting tasks**: - Direct and supervise production operators - Fomenting versatility in the team to adapt it to customer needs - Monitor safe work behaviors for all team members, monitor unsafe working conditions or behavior to Plant leadership as needed while respecting already existing rules - Provide leadership and direction to employees, to influence positively their behavior, continuously improve their know-how and knowledge, and reinforce the message of ownership and responsibility - Deploy Lean tooling in order to get Lean thinking - Assist the team in meeting the quality, yield, and volume objectives set by Plant leadership, in close cooperation with Learning & Development - Lead improvement actions to reduce customer claims **Here's what you can bring to the team**: - Completed Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field - 3-5 years of experience in the same role, in a manufacturing environment, is required - Willingness to accept shift work - Knowledge of logistics, inventory, and process control is mandatory - LEAN mindset and knowledge - Excellent analytical skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in French; German and English are considered a plus - Effective ability to lead others - Ability and willingness to uphold the Webasto Values - Self-motivated and proactive at completing tasks in a timely manner
