Encadrer et superviser les opérateurs de production.
- Développer la polyvalence de l'équipe afin de l'adapter aux besoins des clients.
- Surveiller les comportements de travail sécuritaires de tous les membres de l'équipe, signaler les conditions ou comportements de travail dangereux à la direction de l'usine si nécessaire, et veiller au respect des règles existantes.
- Fournir leadership et orientation aux employés, influencer positivement leur comportement, améliorer continuellement leur savoir-faire et leurs connaissances, et renforcer le message de responsabilité et d’appropriation.
- Déployer les outils Lean afin d’instaurer une réflexion Lean.
- Aider l'équipe à atteindre les objectifs de qualité, de rendement et de volume définis par la direction de l'usine, en coopération étroite avec le service Apprentissage et Développement.
- Mener des actions d'amélioration pour réduire les réclamations des clients.
- Détecter les écarts, anticiper les problèmes, identifier les causes profondes, définir et appliquer des actions appropriées, et mesurer les progrès pour atteindre les objectifs principaux.
- Diplôme universitaire ou technique/mécanique.
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire, dans un environnement manufacturier, sont requis.
- Acceptation du travail en rotation 3x8.
- Connaissances en logistique, contrôle des stocks et des processus indispensables.
- Esprit et connaissances Lean.
- Excellentes compétences analytiques.
- Capacité efficace à diriger et orienter les autres.
- Volonté et capacité à respecter les valeurs de Webasto.
- Autonomie et proactivité pour accomplir les tâches dans les délais impartis.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, en anglais et en français ; l'allemand est un atout important.
