Superintendent (m/w/d) -Lamination

IKL Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH is specialized in management consulting in a wide variety of economic sectors and has quickly established itself as a leading service provider.

For our customer, a well-known Tier1 supplier/Automotive we are looking for a:
**Superintendent (m/w/d)**
**-Lamination-**

**Role**:

- Direct and supervision production supervisors
- Provide leadership and direction to employees, to influence positively their behavior, to continuously improve their know-how and knowledge and to reinforce the message of ownership and responsibility
- Ensure the availability of the requested products in time and with the optimum efficiency
- Lead improvement actions to reduce customer claims
- Increase the machines effectiveness indicators and improve the process speed, by working close together with the process department and the maintenance department
- Manage non-conform parts from suppliers on a professional level

**Profile**:

- Degree in engineering (production/mechanics or similar)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory role, in a manufacturing environment is required
- Knowledge in logistics, inventory and process control is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French; German is a strong asset
- Advanced skill level with MS Office Suite
- Self-motivated and proavtive at completing tasks in a timely manner
