**Our client**:
To support the growth of one of our clients (a well-known banking institution in Luxembourg-City), we are looking for an experienced
**Corporate Actions Senior Officer **.
**Your responsibilities**:
- You will be responsible for validation, risk evaluation, processing and post-distribution reconciliation of all corporate action related events.
- You will check securities’ pricing.
- You will oversee the trailer fees distribution.
- You will update securities and manage all requests for new openings (derivatives, bonds...).
- You will monitor the tax compliance files.
**Your qualifications**:
- Master’s degree in finance, economics, or equivalent.
- **At least five years’ experience in corporate actions.**:
- A knowledge of Tax compliance (FATCA, CRS, QI ) is an asset.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluency in English (written & spoken). Another European language is an asset.
- Team spirit, organizational, autonomous, rigorous, attentive to details, and respect deadlines.
