**Senior Corporate Officer**
Fantastic opportunity to join my client, in-house trust company that is a part of a well-known investment bank. We are actively looking for a Senior Corporate Officer with 4+ years of corporate experience gained in Luxembourg working across unregulated entities at SPV level, AIF, Real Estate or Private Equity funds. You will join a human size company and report directly to the Head of Corporate and Corporate Managers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Senior Officer you will be supervising work of legal officers, corporate officers, and corporate assistants. Depending on the complexity, you will review or draft minutes of board meetings, shareholders’ meetings. You will also supervise the organisation of other board meetings of the portfolio companies including without limitations those for the approval of investment opportunities, financing/funding transactions, distributions, approval of annual accounts/interim accounts) be timely held and properly documented.
**Role Requirements**:
- University Degree in Law.
- At least 4+ years of experience from a law firm or corporate service company in Luxembourg.
- Excellent understanding of unregulated funds on SPV level.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Experienced in filling of annual accounts with RCS and RBE.
