Description

You will ensure the proper execution of tasks in accordance with the policies and procedures in place;
You will record and verify each corporate action, redemption or dividend notification;
You will maintain the highest possible level of customer service;
You will monitor and update all corporate actions, redemptions or dividends;
You will assist in the issue, reconciliation and follow-up of withholding tax refunds and tax returns;
You will replace an absent staff member in the section.

Profile

You have at least a Bachelor degree in Accounting , Banking or Economics;
You have excellente banking knowledges;
Experience in the custody / securities business is an asset;
You are fluent in English. French would be an advantage;
You have communication and analytical skills;
You have a constant focus on quality and client service.
