Are you an experienced lawyer with a passion for capital markets and finance? In this role, you'll represent financial institutions and corporations in exciting transactions, draft and negotiate vital legal documents, and offer strategic advice on complex issues. **Description**
- Represent financial institutions, corporations, and funds in various financing and structured finance transactions, focusing on both secured and unsecured dealings while emphasizing structured finance, securitization, repackaging, and general banking activities.
- Engage in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a diverse range of contracts and legal documents, covering an extensive array of transactional and advisory functions, including debt capital markets, bank lending, structured finance, securitization, real estate and fund financing, as well as green finance matters.
- Perform legal research and extend strategic advice on intricate legal issues associated with capital markets and finance.
- Collaborate consistently with colleagues throughout the organization to gain insights into deals and projects, define the scope of work, offer advice on resource allocation, and assist in structuring, negotiating, and finalizing finance transactions.
- Lead and support the professional growth of junior lawyers by managing and mentoring their development.
- Establish and nurture robust client relationships, serving as a reliable and trusted advisor.
**Profile**
- Holds a university degree in Law.
- Possesses 4 to 6 years of experience working within the Capital Markets or Finance division of a legal practice based in Luxembourg.
- Is admitted to practice at the Luxembourg Bar or in any other European jurisdiction.
- Is proficient in both English and French; knowledge of German and Luxembourgish is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and synthesis capabilities, with the skill to offer practical insights on complex matters.
- Exhibits exceptional communication abilities and is capable of delivering commercially savvy advice.
