- Advise clients on banking, finance and capital markets transactions, including both debt and equity instruments.
- Draft and negotiate legal documentation such as financing agreements, securities documents and prospectuses.
- Provide regulatory advice under Luxembourg and EU law to prestigious international clients.
- Participate in cross-border transactions, working in close cooperation with colleagues across the global network. Support business development initiatives and contribute to client relationship management.

- You have acquired at least 2 years of experience in banking and/or capital markets law within a law firm in Luxembourg. Experience acquired in an international law firm is a strong plus.

- Fluency in English and French is required; any other language is an asset. A team-oriented and proactive mindset, with motivation to grow in an international environment.
