Julius Baer embarked on an ambitious transformation initiative to bring our client life cycle management (CLM) solution to the next level. We are growing our team and are looking for individuals who want to actively shape the future of Julius Baer, the international reference in Private Banking. We offer you a dynamic environment with colleagues that are dedicated and willing to make a difference for our clients.
The Business Transformation team is looking for a new colleague who is passionate about driving our CLM strategy forward and who is experienced in deriving business insights out of data. You will work closely with product owners/experience mangers - amongst many others to implement the strategic vision. You are experienced in CLM solutions and have innovative ideas to improve the experience of Julius Baer’s clients.
**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
- Shape and drive the local CLM strategy and implementation roadmap
- Acts as primary point of contact to Business, IT delivery team and interacts closely with the Scrum Master and the Agile teams
- Owns the Team Backlog, defines, prioritizes user stories, and aligns with the product management
- Identifies and manages dependencies across the Agile teams, participating in PO synchronization meetings
- Contributes to the program backlog
- Continuously resolves upcoming prioritization questions / business / implementation questions within feature scope in alignment with product management
- Accepts Iteration Increments (implemented stories in each sprint)
**YOUR PROFILE**:
**Professional and Technical**
- Thorough understanding of private banking client static data, value chain, client lifecycle management and partner concept
- Minimum 5 years of product / CLM platform ownership, project management and delivery experience
- At least 3 years of Agile experience
- Applied data analytics experience to derive insights and steer business activities
- Experience defining a vision and strategy for a digital solution, product, or service. Successfully managed the full product lifecycle, including integration of user feedback and driving prioritization
- Demonstrated capability for problem solving and decision-making.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Enthusiastic collaborator and team player with a positive attitude
- Proven ability to manage large cross-functional project teams across regions
- Strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated data-driven decision making
- Ability to think pragmatically and drive execution of concepts. Analyse, prioritize, resolve issues and take decisions during challenging times
