Finding opportunities for process efficiencies and improving scale, without jeopardizing quality of communications A day in the life The nature of your day-to-day will evolve depending on where we are in the lifecycle of an initiative. You may spend your day focused on bar-raising related tasks (conducting reviews of content), on strategy-related tasks (such as reviewing insights with partners, investigating new capabilities and stakeholder needs). Some days may also be more focused on stakeholder management (developing reports, sharing progress updates, managing office hours, updating wikis, inputting into docs, having coffee chats, attending team meetings and offsites) or on career and personal development (trainings and mentoring). - Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
