PRIVATE CAPITAL TA OFFICER (H/F) - PERMANENT CONTRACT (JOB NUMBER: LUX022095) - The Securities Services business of BNP Paribas is one of Europe's leading providers of custody services for securities._ - The Luxembourg branch plays a major part in its operations, offering clients high value-added services extending from custody to securities lending, fund administration, performance measurement and ratings, and bond issuance services._ - We are currently looking for a:_ **Private CapitalTransfer Agent Officer (M/F)** **CDI** **Your mission**: - To process the investors capital calls and distributions - To process reporting and payments - To maintain registers static data and setup into eFront (FIA) **Key Responsibilities & Expected result area** - Participation in the launch of new funds (or sub-funds), SICAR and unregulated entities. - Creation and maintenance of share/unitholders’ register on eFront (FIA). - Process and control of capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, redemptions and transfers of shares/units. - Verification of collected documents with regards to distribution calculations and any other payments towards investors. - Preparation and sending of contract notes and share/unitholders’ statements to the fund's/SICAR’s investors. - Preparation/review of specific investors reporting. - Handling of all incoming requests, either from client, either from other counterparts, regarding the Private Capital TA tasks. - Make sure that checklists are completed on time, exhaustively and double-checked before providing the output to the client. - Provide client service & support for BAU and ongoing operational issues. - Actively participating to the team organisation by taking initiatives and by being implicated in common projects. - Follow-up of the incidents until full completion of corrective & preventive measures. - Assistance in the client service reviews to Private Capital Client Account Manager (agenda, follow-ups, service plans, write-ups, call memos) by producing monthly KPI’s and monitoring client issues log. - Archiving of all TA documents. - Ensure relevant information is passed to the Fund Accountant and Custody teams. - Maintaining efficient external and internal relationships with clients, managers, TA KYC, domiciliation team, Business Implementation, sales representatives, auditors - Improving hierarchy relationship by reporting regularly encountered problems, outstanding work (escalation process) and any risk identified. - Help in the production of TA activity statistic. - Participate to the review of team procedures and checklists. - If required be involved in department projects. - Support other Private Capital teams if required. **Advantages of the position**: - Young, dynamic and ambitious team serving in a growing industry - Training and self-development opportunities **Working environment**: - Excellent work-life balance - Opportunities to thrive your career and your personality **Your profile**: - Baccalaureate - Experience in the fields of Transfer Agency or knowledges of Fund industry (Private Capital being an advantage) **Your competencies**: - Communication skills: to be able to express her/his messages, both oral and written, in a clear way - Analytical skills: to review and to analyse any documents - Organisation skills: able to manage her/his day-to-day and priorities - Accuracy: - precision and attention to details - to respect tight deadlines - to follow to-do lists - Client focus: ensure to satisfy client’s needs within deadlines - Escalation: - to ask for assistance when needed - to refer issues to the appropriate person(s) - Ability to learn by adjusting practices following newly acquired knowledge **Behavioural Skills**: - Ability to collaborate / Teamwork - Decision Making - Personal Impact / ability to influence - Attention to detail / rigor - Organizational skills - Adaptability - Ability to deliver / Results driven - Active listening - Communication skills - oral & written - Client focused - Ability to share / pass on knowledge - Critical thinking - Ability to synthetize / simplify - Creativity & Innovation / Problem solving - Resilience - Proactivity **Transversal Skills**: - Ability to understand, explain and support change - Analytical Ability - Ability to manage a project - Ability to develop and adapt a process **Technical Skills**: - Experience with efront (FIA) is considered as an additional asset **Language Skills**: - Fluent in English and French; German/other languages will be considered as an asset **Primary Location**: Luxembourg **Job Type**: Standard / Permanent **Job**: OPERATION PROCESSING **Education Level***: Bachelor Degree or equivalent (>= 3 years) **Experience Level***: At least 3 years **Schedule**: Full-time
