**Your missions**

Are you passionate about marketing and looking to launch your career in the dynamic and fast-growing fund industry? We are seeking a **Junior Marketing Officer** to join our team in Luxembourg. In this role, you will support our marketing activities, focusing on promoting our range of investment products to a global audience.

As **Junior Marketing Officer**, you will:

- Support our marketing activities, focusing on promoting our range of investment products to a global audience.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for our fund offerings.
- Create and update marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and fund factsheets.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as product management, compliance, and sales to ensure the accuracy and quality of marketing content.
- Help organize and promote events such as webinars, conferences, and client meetings.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to support marketing initiatives.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvements.

**Your ideal profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Some prior experience in marketing, ideally within the financial or fund industry, is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in **English**; fluency in **French or German** is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot) and design software (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and creative mindset.
- Carry out a skills assessment (soft skills and technical skills) in order to better define your professional project
- Access to your test results to guide you to your best career choices
- Interview coaching session before the client meeting
