Nous recherchons un·e Marketing Officer expérimenté capable de faire le lien entre exécution opérationnelle solide et pilotage de projets marketing structurants.

En collaboration étroite avec la Directrice Marketing et le Marketing Digital Officer, tu joues un rôle central dans le déploiement de la stratégie marketing du groupe, tout en assurant un Business as Usual fluide, cohérent et performant.

Ce poste s'adresse à un profil autonome, orienté action et projets, à l'aise dans des environnements exigeants et multi-interlocuteurs, qui aime structurer, coordonner et faire avancer les sujets de manière très concrète.

Tes missions

Déploiement de la stratégie marketing & pilotage de la performance

  • Tu participes activement à la co-construction de la stratégie marketing avec la Directrice Marketing.
  • Tu traduis cette stratégie en plans d'actions opérationnels clairs et activables.
  • Tu suis la performance des actions marketing (campagnes, trafic, leads, visibilité).
  • Tu analyses les résultats, identifies les leviers d'optimisation et formules des recommandations concrètes.

Pilotage du marketing opérationnel (BAU)

  • Tu pilotes le calendrier éditorial : contenus, réseaux sociaux, newsletters, site web.
  • Tu garantis la cohérence du branding et du positionnement sur l'ensemble des supports.
  • Tu produis et coordonnes des supports marketing à forte valeur ajoutée (présentations commerciales, documents institutionnels, supports internes).
  • Tu travailles en binôme avec le Marketing Digital Officer sur :
  • les campagnes digitales,
  • le SEO et l'optimisation des parcours,
  • l'analytique et le reporting.

Gestion de projets marketing structurants

  • Tu pilotes des projets clés pour le groupe, notamment :
  • le rebranding et le déploiement de la nouvelle identité,
  • la refonte UX/UI et technique du site web,
  • l'optimisation des dispositifs de lead generation et lead management.
  • Tu es le point de contact opérationnel (SPOC) pour les agences et prestataires.
  • Tu coordonnes les parties prenantes internes, gères les plannings et sécurises la qualité des livrables.

Outils, data & structuration marketing

  • En collaboration avec le Marketing Digital Officer, tu administres et optimises les outils marketing (CMS, CRM, marketing automation).
  • Tu structures les bases de données marketing et contribues à la montée en maturité des process.
  • Tu exploites les données pour améliorer la performance et éclairer la prise de décision.

Requirements

  • Tu as 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en marketing ou communication, avec une forte dimension opérationnelle et projets.
  • Une expérience en cabinet de conseil, en B2B services ou dans des environnements multi-projets est un vrai plus.
  • Tu es à l'aise dans des contextes de transformation ou de croissance.
  • Tu parles français couramment et as un anglais professionnel.

Compétences clés

Marketing & outils

  • Design & contenus : Canva indispensable, PowerPoint avancé, Figma apprécié.
  • Digital : bonnes bases en SEO, gestion de CMS (Odoo ou équivalent), réseaux sociaux (LinkedIn).
  • CRM & marketing automation : HubSpot, Odoo ou équivalents.
  • Suivi des KPIs, reporting et analyse de performance.

Soft skills

  • Tu es autonome et prends facilement des responsabilités.
  • Tu es très organisé·e (capable de gérer le quotidien et les projets en parallèle).
  • Tu as un excellent relationnel et es à l'aise avec des interlocuteurs variés.
  • Tu as le sens du détail, une forte exigence de qualité et une approche orientée solutions.
