**_ Conducting Risk_**_ - Your Role :_**
- We are looking for a Conducting Officer specialising in Risk to join their human-sized team. Your responsibilities will include_
- _ Risk Management:_ Identify and manage the risks associated with the various funds._
- _ Business development_: Contribute to the development of the company's turnover with an entrepreneurial spirit._
- _ Third-party relations_: Maintaining regular and effective contact with third parties._
- _ Multi-tasking_: Participate in various aspects of the company's operations._
- _ Development_: Opportunity for progression in grade and responsibility based on performance._
**_ Conducting Risk_**_ - Your Profile:_**
- _ Experience_: Minimum 10 years, with direct experience in private equity._
- _ Skills_: Experience in big four or asset management, versatility in tasks, and skills in managing external relations._
- _ Personal_ _qualities_: Entrepreneurial spirit, spontaneity, and clear and transparent communication._
- _ Certification_: The profile must be approved by the CSSF._
**_ Conducting Risk _**_- What We Offer : _**
- _Remuneration_: Salary of up to €140,000 gross per annum, with €10.80 meal vouchers, but above all a great opportunity to develop and prove yourself in this dynamic market._
- _ Benefits_: Flexible working hours (generally 9am-6pm) and the possibility of teleworking up to 2 times a week._
- _ Working_ _environment_: Structured organisation, shared meals with colleagues and close proximity to shops and restaurants._
