**TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Support the operational Marketing in general coordinative and administrative issues in international B2B environment, mainly on the following projects:
- Roll out new intranet platform: Support of colleagues regarding technical features, content creation & layouting of intranet pages, community management
- Trade shows & events: Help with the planning & execution; coordinate needs of business partners with show ground/suppliers
- Day-to-day business, e. g. coordination of suppliers (e. g. agencies, printers, translators), update of various Marketing materials, desktop research

**PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS**:

- Being enrolled in a Master degree in Marketing
- Speaking and writing fluently German and English. French would be considered as an asset
- Being dynamic, open-minded and communicative personality
- Showing high flexibility, quality awareness, service & customer orientation
- Having a first practical experiences would be an advantage
