Head of Project and Program Management

To support our change, we are looking for a**Your role**:

- Working with business and IT stakeholders as well as our internal and external clients, your main responsibilities as Head of Projects and Program Management will be:
- To build a coherent Mainstream Funds (FA, TA, Valuer) roadmap taking into consideration all needs / stakeholders (products, clients, regulation,) and ensure that the plan is aligned with the strategic objectives of expected benefits
- To drive delivery on time on scope on budget of this roadmap (IT and non-IT projects) including planning, budget, specification, change management and coordination with all stakeholders.
- To work as a product owner part of a scrum team optimizing the product backlog in cooperation with IT teams for the IT related projects (Agile Methodology applied)
- To set up and facilitate communication and discussion with our clients, and other departments of the Pictet Group and to exchange and collaborate with them and propose resolutions on risks, data (and systems) problems, issues and change requests.
- To assume ownership of the project assigned to your team: to raise on time any issues which may happen and communicate regularly with senior management.
- To prepare and present project boards to all stakeholders and senior management.
- To coordinate / to execute in support of the business, acceptance testing.
- To enforce project management good practices through your team
- Perform additional duties commensurate with the role, as and when required by the management.
- Drive the evolution of the team and the digitization of the tech platform, via pain point identification, fintech watch, benchmarking with other actions, and be able to structure proposals in business cases.

**Your profile**:

- Qualifications and experience (mandatory):
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or Management
- Good knowledge of the fund industry
- Solid project and program management methodologies
- Good understanding of Luxembourg fund regulations
- Used to being in direct contact with sophisticated and demanding clients
- Specific knowledge:
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office tools
- Experience of working with Temenos’ Multifonds TA and/or FA will be deemed as an advantage
- Knowledge of some BI tools (Tableau or Business Objects) will be considered as a plus
- Knowledge of Agile methodology would be a serious advantage

Other skills:
- Fluent in French and English. Any other language would be an asset
- Tech savvy and creative mindset, genuine interest in digitization
- Demonstrable experience in change management including excellent communication skills
- Convincing speaker, ability to synthesise complex issues and tailor the message to your audience
- Results oriented and capable of taking decision
- Self-motivated, independent, flexible and well organised
- You enjoy rising to a challenge and working outside your comfort zone
