One of our clients, a well-known bank in the industry is looking for talents
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain excellent client-care and relationship with clients.
- Answer to queries from the fund clients.
- Coordinate the analysis of the quality of operations.
- Accomplish various tasks in a timely and qualitative manner.
- Execute the tasks according to the control checklists.
- Co-work with and provide support to the other departments from client relationship point of view.
- Inform the Section Head of all risks of error and actual errors as soon as detected and evaluate their impact.
**Essential skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar function in the financial sector.
- Experience in the fund administration and/or investment business are considered as advantages.
- Fluent in Japanese and English **mandatory.**:
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Team player, strong organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with focus on timely delivery and high level of accuracy and attention to details.
