**Description**:
This is an opportunity to drive the strategy of a cutting-edge, Fund oversight (including NAV control) solution that satisfies the needs of multiple market segments. You will lead a cross-functional team and get input from multiple stakeholders to plan the features needed to continue our rapid growth. The individual in this role will act as the liaison between the Development and Business teams and will provide support throughout the product development lifecycle: discovery, creation, growth, and maturity.
- **Essential Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Set the product strategy and roadmap for Linedata Navquest, ensuring compatibilities with integrated software
- Define target markets and supportive functionality to grow within those markets
- Celebrate product wins and socialize the long-term and short-term product roadmap with Linedata teams on a regular basis
- Lead and mentor a team of business analysts
- Overall NAV calculation process
- Role played by Asset Manager, Fund Administrator, Transfer Agent and Custodian
- Other Operational risks and automated controls (Cash monitoring, safekeeping monitoring )
- Factors that influence security price movement
- Expense and fee calculations
- Breach management best practices
- Types of retail products in multiple regions
- Operational processing of all asset types (equities, options, futures, debt, swaps, FX, etc.)
- Climate for oversight regulations globally
- Fund accounting for various corporate action types (splits, rev-split, cash div, stk div..etc)
- Participate in customer focus groups and gather client feedback through targeted engagements
- Analyze impact and return on investment for planned features
- Work with the design team to create innovative UIs(User Interface), business intelligence dashboards, and easy-to-use workflows
- Collaborate on writing functional specifications and test plans, working in conjunction with business analysts and technical resources
- Actively participate in development life cycle to ensure business needs are met
- Manage issues and escalation
- Track bug resolutions
- Manage project change control
- Perform work within the scheduled timeframe
- Able to travel up to 20%
