In this role, you will be responsible for executing our sales strategy, building and managing key client relationships, and ensuring our product offering meets client needs. You will report directly to the VP Growth and work closely with the VP of Digital Transformation and our marketing team to drive demand generation and deal-based marketing activities, and with our product teams to align roadmap with market requirements
As a key commercial leader, you will play a central role in shaping our go-to-market approach and achieving our growth targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Own full-cycle deal execution from sourcing to closing, including discovery, stakeholder mapping, solution design, pricing, and contract negotiation.
- Hunt and create demand among mid-market and top-tier PE, large FoFs, private banks, and institutional allocators, through outbound prospecting, referrals, events, and account-based outreach.
- Design and lead integrated sales campaigns in collaboration with marketing, combining outbound sequences, webinars, events, and collateral to engage target accounts.
- Coordinate stakeholders across fundcraft and prospect organisations, including legal, operations, tech, product, and management, ensuring timely progress and clarity at every stage of the sales process. Lead complex negotiations, close high-value deals, and ensure that all sales processes align with the company's revenue and profitability goals.
- Translate client needs into solution value, articulating how fundcraft’s platform and delivery model address pain points in fund admin, AIFM, TA, and reporting.
- Forecast accurately and maintain CRM hygiene to ensure pipeline visibility and reliable reporting across all stages.
- Provide structured feedback to marketing, product, and delivery teams to help improve prospect targeting, roadmap alignment, and onboarding success.
- Identify new market opportunities, assess competitive dynamics, and design actionable plans to capture and sustain market leadership.
**Requirements**:
- 12+ years of experience in B2B sales, solution consulting, or delivery or operational roles within asset management, private markets, or financial technology — with a strong focus on institutional accounts.
- Strong understanding of fund structures, back-office operations, and the challenges of digital transformation in private markets.
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with mid-sized to large clients — ideally in fund administration, SaaS, or fintech.
- Experience selling high-value services or platforms into PE, FoFs, family offices, or private banks. Strong ability to engage senior stakeholders, present solutions effectively, and build long-term client relationships.
- Ability to connect technical product capabilities with client needs and business value, crafting tailored solutions that resonate with decision-makers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French and/or German is highly desirable given our market focus.
- Self-driven with a strong ownership mindset, with the ability to work independently in a scale-up environment while collaborating effectively across teams and with external partners.
