**Description**
- Assess the profitability of the risk to be insured and contribute to the branch's underwriting policy.

Develop tailor-made insurance offers, taking into account customer needs and the specific features of the risk.
- Draft, negotiate and monitor insurance contracts.
- Actively participate in risk selection in compliance with internal procedures and compliance rules.
- Work closely with internal teams (actuarial, legal, claims) and external partners (vets, brokers, etc.).
- Represent the company at professional events and travel in the field when necessary.

**Profile**
- Degree in veterinary medicine or equivalent, with excellent knowledge of the equine sector.
- First experience in insurance risk analysis and management.
- Perfect command of French and English, with Dutch an asset.
- Analytical skills, critical thinking and rigor.
- Commercial acumen, autonomy and good communication skills.
- Open to international business travel.
