To meet our partners' needs, we make at their disposal not only our IT expertise, but also consultants in all IT fields, such as development, business intelligence, project management, business analysis, networking, systems, security, etc.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
**Data Framework Development**:
Develop and maintain a centralized repository for all organizational data models, serving as a key reference for ongoing and future projects.
**Strategic Alignment and Execution**:
Ensure all data modeling activities are in sync with the company's data strategy and aligned with evolving business priorities.
Promote consistency across various data layers and advocate for standardized data management practices.
**Stakeholder Engagement**:
Partner with internal teams, including business leaders, governance specialists, architects, and developers, to understand and address requirements effectively.
Facilitate collaborative workshops to ensure stakeholder alignment on data initiatives.
**Knowledge Transfer and Documentation**:
Create detailed documentation and conduct training sessions to support the adoption of the data modeling framework across the organization.
**Technical Collaboration**:
Work closely with architects and business intelligence teams to integrate data models and improve workflows.
Provide expert guidance to IT teams for designing logical and physical models aligned with business needs.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Technical Skills**:
Extensive experience in designing and managing large-scale data models across diverse systems.
Strong command of SQL and in-depth knowledge of foundational data modeling methodologies.
Familiarity with advanced data management tools and practices; technical expertise is advantageous.
**Banking and Financial Industry Knowledge**:
Comprehensive understanding of data workflows and regulatory frameworks in the banking sector.
**Soft Skills**:
Outstanding communication abilities to bridge gaps between technical and non-technical teams.
Experience in leading collaborative workshops and fostering teamwork.
A solution-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
**Educational and Professional Requirements**:
**Academic Background**: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
**Experience**: At least 5 years of experience in IT architecture, enterprise architecture, or similar roles.
**Certifications**: Relevant certifications in data modeling or architecture frameworks are preferred.
LANGUAGES
Fluency in French and English is essential; additional language skills are advantageous
