Business Training Luxembourg est à la recherche d'un Spécialiste Data Governance / Data Quality expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe.
Responsable et en charge de définir et mettre en oeuvre la gouvernance des données (qualité, classification, protection) et du reporting.
**Vos tâches**:
Encadrer les Data et Report Stewards en charge de la définition et documentation des données, des rapports et des contrôles de qualité au sein du dictionnaire des données et des rapports.
Encadrer les Report Stewards et Owners en charge de l'analyse de criticité des rapports et de l'identification de données clefs (Golden data).
Analyser les problèmes de qualité des données ; proposer des solutions ; coordonner et suivre la mise en place de ces solutions.
Suivre les indicateurs de qualité et préparer le reporting sur la qualité des données.
Participer à l'élaboration d'une enquête permettant d'évaluer l'adéquation du reporting interne aux besoins des organes internes de supervision.
Vos qualifications
Avoir une expérience de travail d'au moins 5 ans dans le domaine de la gouvernance des données.
Avoir une expérience de travail d'au moins 5 ans dans le domaine bancaire ou dans un domaine connexe.
Formation universitaire, disposant d'une bonne compréhension de la réglementation BCBS239.
Capacité à travailler de manière rigoureuse et structurée.
Capacité d'analyse et de formalisation.
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
Compétences relationnelles et organisationnelles.
Aisance de communication écrite et orale, et capacité à dialoguer tant avec le senior management, qu'avec les utilisateurs et les équipes informatiques.
Être en force de proposition pour automatiser les travaux manuels
Maîtrise de la langue française, la connaissance des langues anglaises et luxembourgeoise constitue un atout.
