This is a great opportunity to join one of the world's leading manufacturing players, based in the North of Luxembourg. The HR team based in Luxembourg is looking for a Payroll and Compensation & Benefits specialist who will be focused on Belgium and Dutch payroll and will also give support to Compensation & Benefits administration (L-Be-NL).

**Your Responsibilities**
- Handle end to end payroll activity with external third-party payroll provider for a specific targeted Belgian and Dutch payroll
- Support the Luxembourg payroll team when needed
- Daily support to dedicated population for individual enquiries
- Benefits administration for Luxembourg, Belgium and the Netherlands (Pension, life and medical plans, meal vouchers)
- Internal communication on benefits
- Watch and review of the benefits offer
- Support on time and attendance management
**Your profile**
- Bachelor’s degree with major in HR Management, Business Administration, Economics or any related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of Belgian payroll calculation experience
- A minimum of 5 years of HR operations experience
- Strong organization skills and rigorous
- Autonomous, dynamic, service-oriented, team player with excellent communication skills
- ** Fluent in English and Dutch**. Additionally, French would be ideal. Any other other language would be an asset
