**The Brand**

REPEAT is a young, committed, ethical, and eco-friendly French brand fighting menstrual precarity by offering high-quality menstrual underwear at the fairest price. Our goal is to become a real positive social movement for the comfort of everyone experiencing menstruation.

**The Job**

We are looking for someone who can successfully lead these large-scale societal projects that take place between the brand, the talents of influence, and their communities. As an Influence Marketing Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of an influence campaign, respecting deadlines, expectations, and the needs of each party.

**The Mission**

Influence Campaign Management
- Prospecting and analyzing the statistics of the talents
- Close and quality relational communication with the talent and/or their manager/agency
- Scheduling of campaign planning and adherence to the publication calendar
- Supervision of campaign publications respecting the contract and the brief
- Campaign report to be included in the campaign tracking spreadsheet

Influence Strategy
- Assistance in deploying influence strategies
- Regular digital monitoring
- Research and proposal of talents
- Proposal of innovative campaigns according to the talents' desires and the brand's aspirations

**Your Qualities**

Comfortable with relationships.

Very familiar with social media.

Able to work hand in hand with the marketing and strategic team.

Able to take initiatives and negotiate with talents/agencies.

Able to work autonomously.

Very organized, responsive, and able to adapt to unforeseen events.

Comfortable with Google Sheets.
