About the Role:
For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Manager Premium Chocolate to contribute to global digital strategy development and implementation for key Premium Chocolate brands, with a strong focus on social media, influencer and content creator partnerships, digital media innovation, and advanced content development.
Main Responsibilities:Thanks to your experience in digital marketing, you will be a key contributor in shaping and implementing the global digital strategy for our Premium Chocolate brands. Specifically, you will drive the development and execution of digital campaigns, leveraging social media platforms, influencer collaborations, and content creators to maximize brand reach and engagement.
This includes leading digital media initiatives across paid, owned, and earned channels, ensuring the innovative use of new technologies, such as AI, for campaign optimization and personalized content experiences.
You will also oversee content development strategies, from ideation to production and localization, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and audience insights, and you will proactively identify, engage, and manage campaigns involving key influencers and content creators to amplify brand messaging and foster deep connections with our audiences.
With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, you will analyze digital platforms and media performance, alongside market research, to provide actionable insights for impactful change. To achieve this, you will measure and optimize digital performance using various tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Meta proprietary tools, and other digital performance systems.
Achieving these objectives will require collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, IT, Legal, Cybersecurity, Media, and local marketing departments.
We are looking for a colleague who possesses an academic background in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Media, or a related field, combined with 5-8 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing within a global FMCG company or a digital agency/consultancy.
You should have proven expertise in social media strategy and digital campaign development, deployment, and scaling in a global context. You are deeply familiar with digital media trends, emerging technologies (especially AI), and innovative content development approaches.
Fluency in English and advanced communication skills are essential, enabling you to simplify complex digital concepts for senior and executive stakeholders. Your project management skills allow you to comfortably manage multi-brand, multi-geography projects, building strong relationships across teams and agencies, and operating effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
