**Your Activities**
- Be involved all along the value chain of project management, business as usual support
- Perform Business Analysis and define the target operating model
- Functional & Technical Design of T24 by gathering requirements and drafting technical specifications
- Participate in the definition of the technical architecture in the bank’s projects
- Provide functional & technical support and expertise on T24, on qualified tools to BIL’s development teams and communicate on their usage (documentation, exhibitions, training)
- Validate and critically assess solutions provided by external partners
- Consider performance aspects during design and implement an organized performance testing strategy
- Participate on preparation and execution testing phases
- Provide management reporting
- Contribute on collaboration with PMO, change management, process design, training

Must Have Requirements

**Qualifications**
- You have a Master’s degree or equivalent certification in IT. A bachelor’s degree with the corresponding experience is also accepted.
- You have a 8+ years of “technology” and T24 background. An experience in a similar professional domain is considered as a strong added value.
- You demonstrate creativity and initiative while respecting team-work and common objectives.
- You are expected to promptly address urgent request and you are effective in delivering within the agreed deadlines.
- You show a good understanding of processes in the banking plus general knowledge of the regulatory environment shaping finance industry.
- You demonstrate a strong client focus and interpersonal skills to develop relationships with clients.
- You are fluent in written and spoken English, French is considered as an advantage.

**IT skills**
- Expertise in T24 and excellent general knowledge of linked technologies.
- Knowledge of Triple’A &/ Kondor+ is considered an advantage.
- Knowledge on APIs and micro-services, Service Oriented Architecture.
- Some experience in DevOps approach and tools as well as cloud technologies is considered as an asset.
