The experts at AIS and AManco provide clients with: Corporate Services, Fund Administration Services, Governance Services, Operational AML & Compliance Services, Tax Compliance Services, Depositary Services, as well as Third Party AIFM Services (provided by AManco S.A.).

Given the ongoing development of AIS, we are currently recruiting:


**Assistant Manager/Manager - Tax Compliance**

**Your role**:

- Your main tasks will be to provide tax compliance services for national and international companies. This includes:

- The preparation of Luxembourg corporate tax returns, the calculation of tax provisions and the review of tax assessments;
- The maintenance of diverse tax records and the follow up on all filing deadlines related to Luxembourg taxation for clients companies;
- T he coordination between clients and other service providers;
- The preparation and participation to internal and/or external trainings;
- Team management and role model attitude.

**Your profile**:

- You hold either a bachelor degree in Accountancy or a university degree in Economics, Law or Finance;
- You have more than 6 years of experience in the Tax Compliance field in Luxembourg;
- You are fluent in English. German and French are considered as an asset;
- You have good knowledge of standard computer tools (MS Office);
- You are seen as a good team worker, strong organization and prioritization skills.
