Senior Legal Officer  - Make an Impact at the Heart of International Transactions in the Alternative Business

You're not just handling documents, you're shaping the backbone of complex international structures. As our Senior Legal Officer, you'll be the trusted partner for clients, board members, and key stakeholders, assessing corporate structure to be compliant by design, driving corporate governance, ensuring regulatory excellence, and keeping our operations sharp, compliant, and future-ready.

Your legal expertise covers Alternative Investment Funds, Corporate Law and Securitization.

What You Will Do

Be the go-to expert: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, directors, and intermediaries. You'll manage queries with confidence and ensure interactions run flawlessly.

Structuring: You're also a true expert in alternative investment funds. You understand how to design and implement structures that are compliant by design, not just meeting regulatory expectations, but anticipating them. You know how AIFs, RAIFs, SIFs and SPVs interact, how governance should scale with complexity, and how to keep everything watertight from incorporation to liquidation. Your reflex is to build things right the first time, with a forward-looking view on risk, transparency, and regulatory evolution.

Own the company lifecycle: Lead and oversee incorporations, share changes, capital restructurings, director appointments, amendments, strike-offs (the full corporate journey).

Command the documentation: Prepare and review approvals, resolutions, statutory filings, and regulatory submissions with precision and speed.

Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor regulatory and legislative updates, manage AML/KYC documentation, and ensure compliance at every step.

Run the meetings that drive decisions: Prepare agendas, draft minutes, coordinate decisions, and follow up on action points.

Keep governance spotless: Maintain statutory records, ensure timely filings, and perform regular good-standing health checks.

Empower others: Support, guide, and mentor junior team members while fostering a culture of expertise and collaboration.

Who You Are

Fully fluent in English and French.

Holder of a Bac + 5 in legal studies.

Backed by 5+ years of experience in Luxembourg in corporate legal or a similar role.

Solid understanding of corporate law, governance, compliance standards, and AML/CTF requirements.

Clear communicator with strong drafting and presentation skills; you're persuasive, precise, and professional.

Experience with Diligent Board is a strong advantage.

Team-oriented, proactive, adaptable and skilled at building strong client relationships.

Hands-on, solutions-driven, and comfortable navigating complex transactions.
