Business Continuity Consultant

ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is hiring a **Business Continuity Consultant**(M/F)**for one of our major clients in the European public sector. You’ll be in charge of developing, implementing, and maintaining business continuity (BC) and disaster recovery (DR) plans and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

**THE WORK**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain IT business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Ensure IT resilience strategies align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Define recovery time objectives (RTO) and recovery point objectives (RPO) for IT services.
- Plan and execute regular IT disaster recovery exercises and business continuity tests.
- Analyse test results and update continuity plans accordingly.
- Conduct training sessions for IT teams and business stakeholders on continuity procedures.
- Ensure IT BC/DR strategies comply with industry regulations and best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for all business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Stay updated on emerging threats, new technologies, and industry best practices for IT resilience.
- Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to improve IT continuity and disaster recovery.

**Onsite at client site**: This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen client relationships. Our roles require in-person time to encourage collaboration, learning, and relationship-building with clients, colleagues, and communities. **HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Extensive experience (min **5 years**) in Cybersecurity, with a focus on Business Continuity.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
- ** EU citizenship** and fluency in **English.**
