**We are seeking a Business and Leadership Specialist**

**What you will be working on**

The Business & Leadership (B&L) Specialist is responsible for coordinating cross-functional learning initiatives and trainings. He/She is in charge of smooth organization, coordination and followup on learning initiatives, as well as building & maintaining learning content tailored to specific learner needs.

Planning and coordination of B&L activities
- Provides project management for organization-wide learning projects/initiatives as required, facilitating team efforts and helping to define project goals, timelines, resource requirements and planning to cope with challenges and conflicts in the plans
- Partner & coordinate with key stakeholders and vendors to ensure a holistic approach to our solutions
- Draft RFPs as per defined needs, be in contact with the service providers to ensure smooth organization
- Maintain, update and continuously improve B&L catalogue and offering
- Generate management reports from the record systems to track participation and effectiveness of learning programs
- Produce communication material, maintain, and further develop intranet site, and market internally/externally KPMG Learning offering

Learning content design, review, delivery

Organise and coordinate learning initiatives as per scope of the B&L team. It includes:

- Collect learning needs, consult with key stakeholders (internal clients) across the functions regarding the program /design requirements and content development needs
- Provide advice on learning best practice, design and presenting to the business when required
- Maintain up to date knowledge of learning best practices and thought leadership
- Develop topical learning path cross functions & manage training material
- Design learning content by searching for and collecting information from multiple sources
- Monitor learning progress and evaluate impact created
- Act as a trainer and coach to team members, facilitate learning and exchange across teams

Training operations

This is a multidisciplinary role where the specialist is required to be hands-on when organizing trainings, including logistics, such as
- Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials and manuals in accordance with facilitators' needs
- Lease with procurement and define / clarify requirements for the training needs, working closely with B&L Event Coordinator
- Provide administrative support to B&L team

**What we look for**
- Someone with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the fields of learning & development, education, human resources etc
- Excellent Project Management skills: Organizational and planning skills to manage own workload and to meet deadlines and objectives in uncertain and ambiguous environment. Project Management qualification is a plus.
- Experience working as instructional designer: designing/ delivering / facilitating training sessions
- Excellent working knowledge of the MS Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Very good analytical and English writing and verbal skills
- Additional qualifications in training delivery/coaching, knowledge of key learning mechanisms & andragogy will be highly appreciated
- High attention to detail, high sense of organization
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills: building relationships with stakeholders, create clarity & alignment between different parties
