Diese Position ist komplett remote und kann von jedem europäischen Land aus durchgeführt werden.

Stellenbeschreibung
- Umsetzung der Kundenbedürfnisse in Lerninterventionen und -programmen
- Entwicklung von maßgeschneiderten und gemischten Programmen für die Entwicklung von Führungskräften zu einer breiten Palette von Themen
- Nutzung vorhandener Module zur Erstellung neuer Programme
- Bereitstellung von Lern
- und Führungsentwicklungsprogrammen
- Durchführung von Executive Coaching und Feedback Coaching mit unseren CORE Assessments
- Bereitstellung von Train-the-Trainer-Programmen für Weiterentwicklung

Qualifikationen
- 8 to 15 years of experience
- Experience gained in-house and/or with a consultancy firm
- University degree (Bachelor), in the field of Social Sciences, Master's degree desirable
- Experience with delivery at mid to senior level audience
- Coaching Certification (ICF)
- Traits: Self-awareness and inner confidence, Systems Thinking, Growth Mindset
- Location: Germany / Austria (remote)
- Instructional design of leadership development / learning programs and interventions (leadership journeys)
- Analytic skills: effective at articulating data and insights (pattern recognition)
- Strong business acumen and ability to converse effectively with business leaders
- Well connected in the field of expertise, know the latest models and skills required for effective leadership
- Client engagement skills to ensure high Net Promoter Score for Human Edge
- Experience with leadership assessment tools
- Technology: LearnDash and other (emerging) learning tools (e.g. Virtual and Augmented Reality)
- Language: German C2 with Fluent (Bi-lingual) English skills
