Luxembourg Amazon EU SARL Temps plein

3+ years in product and/or program management with a focus on business strategies and outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong data analysis skills; the ability to extract and synthesize data in order to make data-backed business decisions.
- Coordinate programs across internal teams to guarantee success of our programs.

Amazon Business represents an incredible opportunity to address a vast new market segment and customer base and is an area of high interest for Amazon. We are focused on building solutions that enable business customers to find, research, and buy products and services from a vast selection, across multiple devices, stores and regions. Our customers range from individual professionals to large institutions (and everything in between). Our business customers have different needs than the traditional Amazon customers, so we are reinventing how we add and display business selection, price products, and provide the right customer experience. Amazon’s approach to this segment is peculiar, and unique because we are combining the Amazon store dynamic with B2B procurement and selling policies to iterate and improve our current experience. We are building new solutions to enable our global business customers to find and buy products from the Amazon stores and be in compliance with their procurement and business policies. We are disrupting the status quo of B2B by delivering new, efficient solutions to individual proprietors, to small-medium businesses, to global organizations (and everything in between).

Enterprise customers typically buy in large quantities, often in annual contracts, and have very specific needs. We are seeking a Pricing Specialist to build and analyze a complex set of metrics to support pricing programs for our largest customers. You will need to deep dive customer and program data to identify the root cause of critical business issues and propose solutions. You will also be expected to identify opportunities to improve and automate processes and provide input to product teams. Good stakeholder management skills are also key to this role as you work with multiple teams across the organization.

Key job responsibilities

**The Pricing Specialist will lead the following activities**:

- Analyze a set of complex metrics to support pricing programs and identify suitable products for our enterprise programs.
- Ensure project and customer milestones are thoroughly tracked and executed.
- Provide inputs to stakeholder teams to improve product development.
- Help improve processes and build more scalable solutions.
- Dive deep into customer and business data to find root causes of problems.
- Collaborate across EU Retail and Private Brands teams to understand and meet supplier needs.
- Comfort and proven track record of results in ambiguous business environments
- Knowledge of SQL
