Our client is located in Luxembourg
**Your responsibilities**:
Assist in the initial and periodic due diligence processes including the collection, and initial 'sanity check', of required investor KYC documents/information
Ensure the filing and archiving processes are correctly followed and adhered to
Support, and eventually take a leading role in, internal and external stakeholder management related to the relevant AML-KYC processes (e.g. external consultants supporting Astorg, internal investor relations team and internal deal teams)
Follow up on, and executes actions, from key decisions
Ensure priorities are followed and assistance is provided to support the team in meeting all relevant deadlines (e.g. priorities mapped and tracked, owners assigned, reminders, support on tasks etc.)
Assist in the organization of internal training
Assists with the identification and implementation of process improvements for the team
Assists with the coordination of companywide systems or processes on a project basis, in support of the RC/Chief Compliance Officer and AML-KYC officers
Assist the AML-KYC officers and RC with all aspects of the AML/CFT task
