**Responsibilities**:
Corporate Officer: Your tasks:
- You will be responsible for the internal organization and execution of administrative tasks
- You manage all administrative flows and the processing, filing, archiving and provision of the various managers and contacts.
- You will follow up on invoicing and mail management.
- Preparation, collection and follow-up of the various files for the different needs.
**Profile**:

- You have a bachelor's degree
- You have at least 2 years' experience in a fiduciary or management company in Luxembourg.
- You speak French perfectly and English fluently, another language is a plus.
- You have good organizational skills and are comfortable with client contact.
