Located in the heart of Luxembourg city, the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LuxSE) is home to over 40,000 international securities and an equally international variety of teams covering listing, trading, information services and of course, the Luxembourg Green Exchange (LGX) - the world’s first and still leading platform dedicated to sustainable finance.

As part of the development of its relations with issuers and the support of its day-to-day activities, the Listing Department of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange is looking for a:
**Admission & Corporate Actions Officer**
Permanent Contract (F/M).
Tasks/missions
- Review files prior to admission to the official list and to trading,
- Process relevant information to ensure effective admission of securities to trading
- Process corporate actions as part of continuous obligations of issuers
- Manage the department’s administrative work
Profile
- A good understanding of financial instruments and capital markets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French with excellent interpersonal skills
- Other languages will be considered as an asset
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Organised, rigorous with strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage priorities and respect deadlines
