**Your area of work**:
Clearstream Services S.A. With more than €14 trillion in assets under custody, Clearstream is one of the world’s largest settlement and custody firms for domestic and international securities. Clearstream ensures that cash and securities are promptly and effectively traded between market participants and that its customers are always notified of the rights and obligations attached to the securities they keep under its custody. Additionally, Clearstream provides services for investment funds, collateral management and securities lending.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Gather the information (i.e. from Depository, Issuer, Delivery/Paying Agent).
- Collection, validation, repair and execution of Inbound-Outbound instructions (from customers/to depositories/agent).
- Contact depository, issuer, delivery/paying agents for reconciliation purposes or event clarifications.
- Process the redemption proceeds and adhere to deadlines.
- Reconcile cash and/or securities discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Execute the allocated tasks in due time.
- Support any other tasks related to Corporate Actions

**Your profile**:

- University degree in business, finance, economics.
- 2-3 years experience in asset services
- Pro-active, strong team player, willing to learn and propose improvements.
- Detail-oriented and a strong sense of accuracy.
- Confident to work under pressure and to deadlines whilst maintaining good organization and prioritization.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
