**Description**
- You will ensure the proper execution of tasks in accordance with the policies and procedures in place;
- You will record and verify each corporate action, redemption or dividend notification;
- You will maintain the highest possible level of customer service;
- You will monitor and update all corporate actions, redemptions or dividends;
- You will assist in the issue, reconciliation and follow-up of withholding tax refunds and tax returns;
- You will replace an absent staff member in the section.

**Profile**
- You have at least a Bachelor degree in Accounting, Banking or Economics;
- You have excellente banking knowledges;
- Experience in the custody / securities business is an asset;
- You are fluent in English. French would be an advantage;
- You have communication and analytical skills;
- You have a constant focus on quality and client service.

**Offer**
