**The opportunity**

We are looking for **Business Development Specialist** to join our team (fully remove position).

**Primary purpose of the Position**:

- Lead the development of new business solutions & technology implementation, for tire intelligence technology & related products and services, from concept to initial product launch. Work with global new venture teams to analyze the market potential for new-to-the-market innovations & prepare the supporting business case. Identify technical options required to support innovation initiatives, based on off-the-shelf or customized materials or components & develop complete product & service solutions.
- Identify new leads and outreach, to continue building the customer database. Assist the customer centered innovation team members to develop clear value propositions. Design & execute experiments targeted to validate business model options. Assist in identifying new technology solutions that enable the chosen business models.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the customer centered innovation team in generating compelling value propositions.
- Create business model options & identify critical unknowns. Stochastically model the impact of those unknowns on the desired business outcomes.
- Design & conduct “minimum viable prototype” based “with market” experiments to gain more certainty around chosen business model.
- Draw up financial statements based on well-articulated assumptions & define learning agenda for business in incubation.

**To join our team you will need**:
**Education**:
BS in engineering, mareketing, economics, or social sciences with MBA or MS.

**Experience**:

- 3-5 years' experience developing integrated consumer marketing & technical solutions at an Automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier.
- Project management responsibility with cross-functional projects involving technology, engineering, procurement, marketing & legal team members.
- Background in mobile electronic systems, hardware & software integration in automotive diagnostics preferred.
- Experience in business analytics. Experience in designing iterative experiments.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Decisiveness under ambiguous circumstances.
- Ability to travel 25%.
- Good verbal & written communication skills.
- Project management skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proficiency in computer systems & programming.
