Hourly Payroll Specialist

**The Opportunity**:
Our Luxembourg Payroll Team is responsible for covering all aspects of Hourly Payroll for 2100 Hourly associates in the different legal entities of our Luxembourg complex. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable HR Payroll Specialist responsible for:

- Preparation and Execution of the monthly Payroll runs:

- Calculation of salaries (associates and pre-retired associates)
- Processing and monitoring of garnishment orders
- Accounting and reporting for our finance department
- Maintaining and documenting payroll records
- Governmental reporting (Decsal, Decmal, DAP reporting etc...)
- Internal Invoices and CNS indemnities processing
- Daily response to associates’ inquiries in relation to Payroll issues or concerns
- Support to our stakeholders on payroll and reporting related questions
- Administrative follow-up:

- tax cards, monitoring of the hours and the information reported to be implemented in our payroll (controls, corrections and processing)
- ADEM’s contracts, DAP, paternity leaves etc...
- Familiarize yourself and keep current with taxation of salaries, benefits and other pay elements.

**To join our team you will need**:
**Education**:
Bachelor or Master’s degree with major in HR Management, Business Administration or Economics or any related field

**Languages**:
Fluency in English and French; German or Luxembourgish are an asset.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years general administrative experience in HR or Accounting
- Minimum 1 year of progressive payroll calculation experience

- Team player, flexible and able to adapt to changing business needs
- Discrete and trustworthy, organized, accurate and precise
- Strong analytical & organizing Skills, (good time management skills)
- Good accounting & administrative skills
- PC literacy: Good mastering of Excel, exposure to SAP/Access or a Payroll system would be an advantage
